Specialising in boiler and plumbing repairs, Tull Heat offers a wide range of heating and plumbing services across the whole of Mid Sussex. Whether you require assistance with a dripping tap, a quotation for a complete heating installation or anything inbetween, James your local engineer will be happy to assist.
There will be no hidden costs and no work carried out without the price agreed upfront. Read on to find pricing for boiler breakdowns and my most regually used services.

PRICES
These are the prices of my most commonly used services. I always like to quote for work before starting so feel free message me with any questions or to inquire about any services not listed below. All prices inclusive of VAT (registration number 405504236) and payment will be due on completion. I accept payment via bank transfer (BACs) and I can also accept credit or debit cards
BOILER SERVICE - £84*
I'll will carryout a full strip down service as per the manufacturers instructions for your boiler. The price includes checking the radiators throughout the property as well as the controls to ensure they are all working as they should.

BOILER BREAKDOWN OR PLUMBING CALL OUT - £72*
My aim is to fix your issue to get you back up and running as quickly as possible and I even stock a range of the most common boiler parts and plumbing materials! £72* covers the call out fee and upto 1hour labour. Any additional cost will be fully explained before any work is carried out. If your issue is fixed within the hour £72* is all you pay. I'm are available 24/7 for emergencies and boiler repairs (subject to availablity).

LANDLORDS INSPECTION (GSR)- £60
I'll carry out all the relevant checks on you appliances and leave you with a Gas Safety Record Certificate covering everything I check. The price shown above is for a gas boiler inspection for one boiler and a hob/oven/cooker. Other gas appliances at the same address will be an additional £24.
LANDLORDS INSPECTION (GSR) AND BOILER SERVICE- £96
Including everything from the landlords inspection as well a boiler service to ensure complete saftey and the upkeep of any warrenties.
POWERFLUSH - £480
Includes systems of up to 10 radiators and the chemicals required. Additional radiators will be charged at a rate of £25 each. A system filter can be installed at the same time for an additional £150.

I started Tull Heat to offer a range of high quality gas services in the Mid Sussex area. I have over 15 years experience in the plumbing industry and after over 8 years at British Gas as a Heating Engineer, I have decided to form Tull Heat to offer a more personal, local service.
I am Gas Safe registered and comprehensively insured so you can be assured that all work completed is to the highest standard and complies with all the relevant safety regulations.
